On the big iPad Pro here, the one with extra horsepower. All this does is view the this app, and allow for creating sticky notes all over everything and pen scribbling. The lag is so bad there’s no telling where the stickies will end up, and taps don’t select any objects, so you can’t move or del... Show more ete the stickies that end up covering everything in sight. Can’t tap on an object to put text in it. Gives us a “pro tip” to add a photo but provides no way of doing that. Made for a real embarrassing first day of class.

Unusable with anything but a simple board…

Have had it freeze on almost every navigation screen on the iPhone 12.

Crashes within a minute of opening a board, even when idle/loading.

Very hard to do anything. I can view my board but even simply adding a post it is confusing and laggy. This is really disappointing and makes me wonder if I should rethink the application I had planned for this app as a team and personal calendar/planner. Please fix this!

Unfortunately I agree with others. Mural is not even usable to view. The fonts do not carry over and you can not read the post it notes.

The ideal solution would be to use in native internet mode on tablet but it always reverts back to app.

Very disappointing.

Everything about the experience is awkward and clunky:
—clicking on text to edit is near impossible
—there is no way to select multiple objects
—even just selecting one object is difficult and there’s always a lag

I hate Mural so much and try to use a little as possible. I love the website when viewed from my laptop. Beyond using this as essentially an uneditable viewer, Mural unusable.

Very surprising a company as professional and capable as this app would release such a mess of an app. Soooo slooowww. Drops connection regularly. Just an embarrassing user experience compared to the browser. Please either let us work in the browser or fix Mural … don’t force a crippled app exper... Show more ience.

You can’t search or sort the templates when creating a new this app. Worse - you can’t even use the online version in your browser because it always pops you right back to Mural . Terrible.

No boards open - app crashes immediately. The website also doesn’t allow viewing boards from a mobile device, it forces a redirect to the broken app.

Utterly useless.

I love this app, but performance is so bad on the iPhone I can’t even load and use my most important this app that works fine in the browser. Please address performance and scalability issues !

Whenever I open my board, I scroll for a bit then Mural crashes and exits promptly. I can’t get anything done unfortunately. Maybe it came with the update?

Everytime I launch Mural and sign in, I click on a board and it loads for 2 seconds and exits out itself. Fix this

To echo what many others are saying, I love this app as a concept. On a computer/laptop, the browser version of this app works just fine and I enjoy using it — the same sadly cannot be said of the mobile app version. If a this app actually loads, I can barely do anything except clunkily navigate around a board, unable to contribute anything of substance. This is absolutely an app issue and not an Internet/hardware issue because I can immediately use my MacBook Pro and have no connectivity or collaborative issues with the browser version of this app. Please fix this as this app is a good program but I will steer away from using it because it is hardly usable on tablets and other mobile devices.

Please fix the login persistence. It is a huge annoyance, super super frustrating. 5stars after that.

I love this app, and when I bought an iPad Pro I thought this would be one of my favorite apps. Sadly Mural is no where near as robust as the browser version. AND I cant use the browser version on iPadOS. Very disappointing, So I’ve moved to Miro until Mural gets its much needed facelift

I would love (5stars) it if the links associate with things carried through to Mural !

Very happy to see an iOS app now available! The native app is nice and smooth. Sadly, it seems to be missing one of my favorite features from the website: I can't find a way to import/paste links. I love how the website inserts links with an image and summary text. Hopefully they add it soon.

I’m always getting inspiration (for work/home/design/travel/etc) on the fly and can just quickly add photos or notes to a this app and have an amazing collection of thoughts. Love it

As a service designer who does a good bit of remote work, I love collaborating on this app. It’s incredible how much content you can access, create, and edit with this app’s app. It’s a robust set of tools, not just a way to view boards you created on desktop using the web app. Bravo!

Come on guys! When the board is HUGE we need to be able to view it horizontally for more visibility.

Repeated failures on IPhone Xs Max. Every time I add a note to a this app board, the note isn’t actually saved and Mural becomes unresponsive.

Ever since upgrading to iPhone X, every time I open Mural and try to go into one of the boards, it crashes EVERY single time. Completely unusable and I need Mural for work.

Tried to reinstall three separate times with no luck.

Upon opening, it asks me to sign in ("enter your work e-mail"). Why don't developers say in their description their apps aren't for general use, so I don't waste my time!

I can't use Mural at all with the 4th gen iPad I have

I Love this app!
I am on a Large Remote team at a Fortune 500 and this app helps us work more effectively together, everyone stays on the same page more and is more productive. Wish we had this app at my old company.

Highly recommend this app as it allows you to do more together.

The only thing missing in this app was a great mobile experience. This just nails it. Blazing fast, lets me explore and modify all my work murals and collaborate with others from anywhere.
