the app spies on you, creates brokerage accounts in your name, and the company does not honor policy to close account and delete data... they say they will do it "later" in 30 days or you can try file via Russian legal system (crooked). Support is very poor, does not know their system, legal terms, and does not listen to customers. Tried it 4 times about how to use their ATMs. They made a ATM lite to cut costs and it does not work well.

Feel myself a hostage with the app. So many push notifications I don’t care about (and yet cannot disable nor filter) - some of them are masquerading as Support chat messages, almost all of them entire irrelevant (for an app that knows everything about me). UX is constantly changing - I need to learn how to do the usual things every month or so. And stories! Have anyone ever looked at them?!

It’s hard to use an app that does have a translation feature , the purpose of getting this card is to be able to use and deposit my American currency and etc. I can’t even use the loading stations because of the language barrier . Something must be done for foreigners to be able to accurately use this bank .
