Don’t give money or use this app. It started as something that kind of worked, but now I believe it’s a fraud. I’ve always had the newest iphone & update. The times on this app are rarely even close to the time the bus arrives. At this point it’s arbitrary. I thought the new update would fix it. First night out same old shenanigans. I believe the developer is pulling a fast one to make money.

Only Case Western was available in Ohio. It took me a while to figure that out, however, because the interface didn't work. After allowing the app (and the website) to access my location, it brought up what I'm guessing is the name of a transit system. Trying to figure out how to get to a screen where I could manually choose my location, I clicked on the Stops button, and the app froze (2 different ads had already shown by this point). After closing and reopening the app, I chose to access the old mobile site, which is where I was finally able to manually choose my state and find that only one university location in the far northern part of the state was available. Had I not had such a shockingly bad experience with the UI, I might have just put 3 stars and advised Ohioans not attending CWRU not to bother with the app, but there is definitely something wrong with the app itself that needs to be fixed.

Typically this app is my go-to for morning commuting to work. It's the first thing I check when I wake up so I know what time I need to be ready to catch the bus to work but after the last update, it's not showing all the available bus options for my neighborhood so I've had to wing it. Not entirely something I would like to do, especially when the buses are equipped with features like GPS tracking to help narrow down stop times for better accuracy. It's a minor glitch but given I rely heavily on the public transit system to get me from point A to point B and things run fairly smoothly in DC, I have to give the app a poor rating until they can fix the bug.
PS - it's the 4 line bus that's having tracking issues.
