Hi - trying to sign up for app with my USA phone number and have been getting error messenge all day. Please advise?

I downloaded the App again (previously used it) and when I get to the screen of entering my mobile number and I hit accept and continue, I confirm and continue and get the following message: Sorry something went wrong. Please try again shortly. I have retried this several times over the last 20 minutes.

I booked two routes today 6 th of June. It was to and from ABBA arena and park plaza Westminster hotel. Routes were cancelled unexpectedly and I needed to find transportation elsewhere. Please confirm that no fees or money has been drawn from my credit card Sincerely Christina Elgan
