ColonialOnTheMove is terrible. We need one touch finger login or a way to view password we have to enter EVERY time which is ridiculous! With keyboards touch screen I get locked out every few days becAsue I can see what password I entered to know if I have a typo 😡 get with the program if other banks
The previous version allowed user to log in utilizing their website. This version no longer allows for that. I'm not a Colonial Savings member. I just have a home loan. Thus I can't log in. If it was possible to not give any stars, I would.
Put in correct info, tells you you’re wrong! Contact customer service, how about you make your app work?
I have a mortgage thru Colonial and I cannot use ColonialOnTheMove to access my account. I still have to use the website. It’s 2020! Get with it Colonial.
Login won't work and help does not work. Easier to just login online.
I have a mortgage loan that is processed by colonies bank. This information is not accessible via ColonialOnTheMove.
ColonialOnTheMove isn’t even letting me log in with the exact same username and password I use on the computer. Downloading it was worthless
ColonialOnTheMove doesn’t save my username and it doesn’t recognize my password. So I can’t log in.
I do not like the new app. I cannot see as far back as on previous app. This is how I balance checkbook & if there’s a problem with something I can’t go back enough transactions sometimes. The set up just isn’t as user friendly as previous app.
Convenient and easy to use app. Facial recognition is a great addition!
