How to fix myENV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the myENV app on iPhone
Update myENV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall myENV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix myENV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myENV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

myENV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix myENV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the myENV App
1. On android, goto Settings » myENV » click [Force Stop]

Update myENV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myENV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myENV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myENV.

Fix myENV unable to contact server/ myENV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myENV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myENV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch myENV
