How to fix Photo Lab app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Photo Lab app on iPhone
Update Photo Lab app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Photo Lab iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Photo Lab on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Photo Lab network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Photo Lab Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Photo Lab not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Photo Lab App
1. On android, goto Settings » Photo Lab » click [Force Stop]

Update Photo Lab to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Photo Lab App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Photo Lab » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Photo Lab.

Fix Photo Lab unable to contact server/ Photo Lab internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Photo Lab » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Photo Lab » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Photo Lab
