I downloaded the app to my Android phone and subsequently connected to the Argus site to find my booking, which happened without problems, but there is no way of saving the booking, so it disappears each time I close the app. Luckily I discovered this glitch before I travelled, or I would have had all kinds of problems at the car pick up desk. I decided to pre-register, but for some unexplained reason the app will not allow me to upload the photos of either passport or driving licence (Itook the pics with the phone, so I know that they are accessible) This software seems to be under developed and poor quality. I can only hope the rest of the company works more efficiently, but after a fruitless online chat with a customer rep I have serious doubts.

I cannot log in to my account with argus as it just keeps taking me back to the log in screen. I tried creating a new account with a different email address which worked but once I logged out of that account I couldn't log back in again to that account either
