I had bad experience with this company when I rented a car. What a bad customer service. More than 10 emails, more than 20 days and several calls, without a fair solution. I submitted all proofs but they stand with Car Rental. I NEVER ever had this experience before and I promise you not return to rent a car via your website. And I will evaluate you with a Zero Star everywhere. and recommend my friends to not use your website.

Card name issue. I booked car hire with my credit card in the name e.g. F Brown. When we arrived, the car hire company would not accept the same credit card as it has to have the full name, e.g. Fred Brown. I appealed, but they would not refund me. Argus does inform you of this, so be careful as most credit cards are not in your full name. When you appeal, you will receive a stock answer that they have followed the rules which are clear when you book. Needless to say, I will never use these services again and will not recommend them to anyone else. Was this my error? Yes. Have they done this to others? Countless times. So, please be aware.
