The app has been consistently crashing while loading for most of the day. It typically crashes many times a day, but restarts without too much fuss. Today, that is not the case. We have been unable to access the game at all since about midday; it is now almost 10:00 PM.

DragonVale crashes every time on loading screen since yesterday. Have tried everything, only way to get to my saved game through Facebook is to clear storage and cashe and create another park and then switch to saved park. I have a 2019 Android Google Pixel 3 XL phone. Please help, this is stressful. Been having this problem a Long time then seemed fixed till yesterday. Thank you.

My game keeps kicking me out. Is it glitches or server problem, or what? I will start playing and suddenly it kicked me out. There are certain areas that will kick me out every time I try to access. Such as breeding caves . It like it’s a glitch and will not let me load. It starts and then kicks me out. I have been playing this for years...like the game, but getting to the point it’s frustrating. Hate to delete the app, but it takes me forever when I have to keep reloading the game. I keep contacting you, but have received not reply’s Maybe because you have an old email.
