📋 15 Reported Issues:
Does not always remote lock or start. Says vehicle in use.
App stopped working. After reinstall login does not show any labels on fields and any text. I was able to login. After login it shows image of the car dispaly and no any texts.
2022/23 XC60 B5P ULTIMATE - second owner Have removed my previous vwhicle form my on call app and linked with my new car. Have no car information such as VIN, mileage, fuel range, etc visible in the volvo app for the new vehicle. Basic remote lock and start functions visible and active . Car and phone does not seem to be synchronised despite multiple attempts to pair and repair phone to car ,reload app, etc. Volvo ID correctly loaded under owner profile account . seems to be a permissions issue. Data sharing seems to be switched on ...beats me!!!!
Can't log into the app on my android phone. I just get "Oops, something went wrong" msg. I have uninstalled the app and install it again, and it still doesn't work. Volvo, what should I do?
When starting Volvo Cars app on my phone (Android Huawei P20), the screen briefly shows the login page then immediately displays "Oops, something went wrong". Deleted and reinstalled app, which worked for a few weeks then did the same thing again!
The app will not let me remote start the car, also the journal has stopped recording anything
Volvo car app crashes while providing the car id. Shuts down immediately and cannot continue. Mobile is a Samsung S21 (android) fully updated.

my app wouldn't start my car 11/15/22, tried several times. I uninstalled the app from my iPhone then reinstalled. Now it wants me to sign in and enter the VIN each time I open the app. The car finds my phone but the app can't find my car!! I've tried several times and probably need to bring the car to the dealership to fix it!! What's going on???

Volvo app stopped working 20/08/22. Not recognising email or password. Have deleted and re-installed app to no avail.
Volvo on call app has stopped updating location and trip journal. Last update was Monday 30-05-22. App thinks I am still in Wales, but now in Sussex App version 5.15.0. Running on iPhone with iOS 15.5
Trip registration is not updating
