How to fix Chargemap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chargemap app on iPhone
Update Chargemap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chargemap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chargemap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chargemap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chargemap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chargemap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chargemap App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chargemap » click [Force Stop]

Update Chargemap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chargemap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chargemap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chargemap.

Fix Chargemap unable to contact server/ Chargemap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chargemap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chargemap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chargemap
