I'm Chinese and I have every ID required to verify my identity, However, 深圳航空 cannot accept a phone number other than a Chinese cell phone number, so I cannot use it to book a international ticket. Really wish the team could make it more flexible to bring more convenient for international passengers.

三天两头的出问题，登录不上还推送一大堆垃圾营销通知。什么时候能升级一下？这么难用的App也是少找，抄作业都不会抄。

好垃圾的APP，不敢相信这么难用的软件是来自深圳的。

这种强制更新才让用的做法真是流氓透顶！

After filling out the forms you always get “Remind: The network is deserted, please try again later.”

深圳航空 cannot work if you don’t have a Chinese number. Don’t bother downloading.

To the cretins at this airline who enjoy getting my ticket cash equally well as they did that of Chinese customers: get the English version of an app. Pretty pathetic for the 6 billion of us who don't read Chinese.

It’s a shock how a big company in CN with such a big market can make such a crappy app. 深圳航空 logic, which requires a CN phone to login, is as dumb as a chicken biscuit.

Stupid!!! So stupid that I wish I had never heard the name of Shenzhen airline.

Poor app, keep getting error message when You try to log in, search flights, check in, book tickets, etc. Could you please fix this?
