How to fix PacSun app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PacSun app on iPhone
Update PacSun app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PacSun iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PacSun on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PacSun network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PacSun Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PacSun not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PacSun App
1. On android, goto Settings » PacSun » click [Force Stop]

Update PacSun to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PacSun App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PacSun » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PacSun.

Fix PacSun unable to contact server/ PacSun internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PacSun » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PacSun » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PacSun
