Every time I made a called. Why is the interpreter think they are in the control when I made a called ? Ie~ to stop the interpreter to clarify or mind to hold or to cut the conversation even though the opposite person on the phone keep talking so my point is, why are you allow this happen since the customer is IN THE CONTROL when make a call..... but why the interpreter keep going when I asked to stop interpreter? This is the most common in any VRS industry that I have see and heard several of their story. This is not the way to handle this. Customer is the one who in the control when make a call and I am ask simple for the interpreter to do this... handle this please. Thank you. Most respectful ......

I get email that I got the calls but it doesn’t show any calls in my 3 devices. I kept misses all very important calls. They all think I ignore the calls which are appointments. All notifications are on and nothing changes. It doesn’t show any history calls too. I only knew by emails or whenever I call back to report the complaint. Unfortunately, they did called. I ending up looks bad and gotten trouble for that.

It’s not working anymore. I missed several important phone calls and I can’t return call. It can’t even functional that well as sorenson ntouch. My friends can’t even call me. I regretted that I transferred my important number from sorenson to purple VRS. Purple VRS ought to hire a new engineer to get this fixed or I’ll transfer back to sorenson ntouch ASAP.
