It has an English version - difficult to find as it is not front page.
But … the English version has absolutely no function except showing you your monthly charge and data usage - thank you my phone already does this and i get a text with the charge
Of course … the Korean version has much more … things like payback points that can be used .. but of course the rightful expectation is … non native speakers can not use this anyway .. so why translate … spent now 2 hours with Korean native it is fact … you can not use it as non Korean native … so don’t even try - delete the app they don’t care about you so why would you care about them

If only there was an easy way to switch languages, like maybe have a flag icon somewhere, that I can select and by changing the flag, change the language. Or better still, the app should simply look at the phone language setting and use that same language that is default for the phone. So, far I can't get this app to use English. Thus, I can't use it. (I wouldn't have reviewed this app if SKT did not text me advertising this app as an "English T World App". Maybe it is. But since nothing is in English and I can't figure out how to switch from default Korean to English, this isn't really an "English app" to me.) Date of review: Jan 2022.

After the auto update all my prefilled info is gone and I have been having trouble logging in. I've enabled cookies again but still no luck. There's no help content for this. Now I'm unable to use any of my VIP services. SKT really needs to up its game in customer experience. Can't believe #1 telco in Korea can still run a successful business with such a mediocre, error-prone app for its members.
