When doing a mobile deposit- app let's me go to take photo then kicks me out of the application? Numerous times now?

To resolve Bank of the West network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Bank of the West App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bank of the West » click [Force Stop]

Clear Bank of the West App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bank of the West » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bank of the West.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bank of the West » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bank of the West » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bank of the West
