I can always pull up the national radar, but about eight times out of 10, the time lapse does not work. There are no arrows at the bottom that even allow me to access the time lapse. I have to keep closing out of the app and reloading it. I have the latest version of the Weather app so I don’t know what the issue is. Any suggestions?

New app does not initiate unless phone is rebooted. Used to work great ( months ago). Have reinstalled newer app several times...same issue. Screen with weathercasters' photo appears but " locks on that screen until phone rebooted.

Lately, the Dual Doppler radar maps have an information lag of an hour or so. For instance, if it’s 10:00 when I bring up the Dual Doppler, it shows weather data from maybe 9:00, or perhaps 8:30. All of the Doppler maps share this same information lag, making them pretty much useless. I have this problem on both my iPad Air, 4th gen, and iPhone 11 Pro. Any suggestions on how I might fix this problem? Thanks very much, Stevo

Since the update, wral weather app isn't opening. I've had this app for a long time with no issues, until the update. Please help fix this issue, I don't want to lose my favorite people!😡

Got a message last week that app had been upgraded. Has not worked correct since. App will not open 95 percent of time
