What a garbage app, come on warren Buffett. Half the time Fuelbook doesn’t even work. The other half of the time it doesn’t work. As truckers pay big money to buy diesel. Fix your crap pilot flying J
App glitch often for 2 days is really annoying!
Half the time it shows me every state prices except the one I’m in.. half the time it doesn’t work.

Never brings up all your truck stops. Support may fix for a day then back to crap.
It is not easy to search a truck stops. Very bad usability and weird interface.
Creators should read book about how to make apps.
Been going on 10 days and no response to numerous emails sent. Won’t show anything within a 300 mile radius. There’s better options.
It worked for 1 day and I haven’t been able to get it to work since. It won’t even let me click on the customer service button.
Fuelbook IS TRASH!
Fuelbook needs fixed !! It’s a very convenient app .. how ever it doesn’t work most of the time.. it will only pop up one area and fail on the rest !!!!!
Worst app I ever use, every week when open it is not working, even after reinstalling is took time to registers my profile… please wake up and fix that app cause it a nightmare to use it….

I dont know if it depends on loads on servers but often it just doesn’t load, I know it’s not my internet because i can watch 4K videos at the same time and application still wouldn’t load. Please fix the issue. Can’t use it like that.
I only used it for the last week or so and it would pull up the fuel stops for about 50% of the routes and had to wait hours for it to work correctly.

Fuelbook has literally helped me optimize our business in costs alone with a 30% reduction in fuel, idle time and driver fatigue. There is no way we would’ve been able to find the best truck stops in the nation without Fuelbook!! If you are not using Fuelbook, then you are losing out on a lot of opportunity! I love Fuelbook, I couldn’t tell you a better app out there. We used to fuel at Loves, Pilot and Flying J, TA, but since we’ve started using Fuelbook, we our American Express Business for our fleet and the drivers can only purchase fuel and Def. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!
