When I select all, new or videos, only the audio portion of the video copies, not the whole video. Any idea what I have to do to fix this problem? I almost deleted all of the videos thinking they were now on my laptop, but just the audio was there. I would've lost the videos.

How to fix PhotoSync app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PhotoSync app on iPhone
Update PhotoSync app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PhotoSync iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PhotoSync on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PhotoSync network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PhotoSync Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PhotoSync not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PhotoSync App
1. On android, goto Settings » PhotoSync » click [Force Stop]

Update PhotoSync to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PhotoSync App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PhotoSync » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PhotoSync.

Fix PhotoSync unable to contact server/ PhotoSync internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PhotoSync » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PhotoSync » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PhotoSync
