2 years agoEverything works fine until I get to the point at which my iPad photos are displayed on the PC screen. I "select" the photos to transfer, and when I click "upload," I'm taken to a list of my file folders. I have a folder ready to receive the photos, but when I click on it, it tells me something like there's nothing there. I KNOW there's nothing there! I'm trying to PUT something there! What am I doing wrong?! This should not be so hard to figure out! Need better directions for this step.

Unfortunate app
Wow. I’ve used this app in the past and it was ok. Not great, but it got the job done. I didn’t have the Pro version and I made it work. Now I am on a new trip and find out that I can only transfer 50 photos on any given day. Ok, so perhaps they changed that, I am not sure. I am a professional photographer and I need to be able to move photos between my various devices and so I bought the Pro version and now I want my money back. This thing is a turkey of the first order. I can’t get it to recognize any of my devices no matter how many times I go to their website and attempt to follow their directions. My advice is to forget this pretty lousy app. I have asked for my money back because it won’t work and I will see how they respond. In the meantime I am going to get something that actually works.

Easy platform. Some shortcomings. Premium doesn’t work
I needed a way to download iPhone photos to my PC because it kept failing when I tried the old fashioned way. This app seems to have the basics down but there are two issues that keep it from being a great app. 1) SLO-Mo videos get downloaded as regular video. No slomo effects transfer 2) I can’t see a way to download them in mass and have them put in folders by date/month. When I have months worth of photos it will take me a long time to sort through and organize them on my Pc. Update: I have tried to upgrade to premium multiple times and it doesn’t work. I wanted to pay them $25, but no luck.

New version has problems
The new Version 7.1 suffers from two problems that I can see. 1) Converting videos from H.265 to H.264 as part of the transfer process takes an extremely long time, long enough for me to abort the transfer and save the videos as Original instead; now I use another app on my iPhone that quickly converts H.265 to H.264 before I transfer files. 2) It appears that GIF files are no longer transferred; instead, there’s a bogus error message about iCloud (I’m just using WiFi) or that my iPhone is out of space, which is ridiculous when I’m transferring from iPhone to PC. Previous versions were 5-star apps.
