So I had called this company to book an hotel room, while I was in New York City. The person I talked too at the time 5 am, which his name was Marco Antonio told me that at that time I would be able to check in no problem. So I pay for the hotel room on the phone with this company, and when I arrive to the hotel there were no room’s available. I feel like I basically got robbed, I’m trying to contact somebody and I’m stuck on the phone for hours and nobody is able to help me!!!! Never again stay away from this company they do nothing but sugar coat everything and are horrible on helping resolve any problem u have with them.

Don't use this company for any reason! I called them directly to book a room & their customer service rep inputted wrong date. I advised him immediately of his error but rather than just refunding my credit card, I was told there wasn't anything he could do about it. I've made multiple calls since & have been lied to repeatedly each time by someone saying they will investigate but no one does anything.

I spoke to someone yesterday from Hotel Planner and they were so nice! The man was super friendly an helpful and found me a hotel for some last minute plans--lucky me because it was the only room left and it fit my needs and budget perfectly! Id definitely like to use Hotel Planner again to avoid having to search for places and good deals on my own and get caught up in the runaround :)

I knew that something was up the moment I saw all the 1-sentence reviews :) So here is the deal - you can enter a giveaway if you submit a review. Which is totally fine if people are being sincere when writing the reviews . I haven't had a chance to book a hotel through HotelPlanner yet but it seems pretty easy to use so I will definitely take advantage :)

Not a bad little app. Needs a way to refine searches by ratings, price, amenities, etc. Sometimes gives errors when drilling into reviews and room selection. A fantastic start, excited for updates.

Group travel isn’t easy. It isn’t usually a fast turnaround for group rates. I’ve found hotel planner to allow fast group bookings without delay or no response from our usual methods. Time saved and real time bookings have removed the stress from booking our convention travel not to mention the great customer service when changes need to be made last minute.

My Wedding Planner told me about Hotel Planner because I need a reasonable hotel for my out-of-town guests. Little did I know Apple has a App! I'm in love with my Hotel Planner App; not only is it helping me find reasonable hotels for my guest, but also for the newlyweds-to-be. Thanks!

I like to be able to find the best deal a d quickly. I like to know when there is up coming events a d when rooms open up. This is a great app and I have found many deals

My husband and I love Solana Beach and wanted to visit again for our anniversary. HotelPlanner made it so easy to find a hotel, and provided so much information to make our decision easier! I'd recommend HotelPlanner to everyone I know as a definite must have when planning a vacation!

I was in a squeeze in getting a room for a night and if it wasn't for HotelPlanner I wouldn't have found a room in San Diego for as cheap and the easy online booking was a super help. I use HotelPlanner all time now for everywhere I go.

Hotel Planner is the BEST! I wouldn't go with any other app for my iPad. Hotel Planner is the only app or website I EVER use when trying to find a Hotel to stay at, or to book a stay in advance. Take my advice all the others are .....Don't waste your time get Hotel Planner!!!

HotelPlanner is GREAT! Shows map & all the hotel's information. Only thing is it'll only let you enter # of adults and doesn't give you an option for # of children when booking. But that just may be irrelevant info for the hotels, idk. Still a 5 star app in my book!

When My flight was cxled out of DFW, I had to overnight it, because of weather delays. All the 800 booking numbers were busy, HotelPlanner got me last room available at the Hyatt DFW. HotelPlanner is a must have for business travel.

I can respond to bids, see who's considering my offers and I can even contact the group leader right from my phone! I love HotelPlanner. I'm always able to find last minute deals especially when I'm traveling. It's easy use and simple to understand. They have great filters so you don't spend all night searching. And you can book straight from HotelPlanner so by the time I'm there all I have to do is check in. I love it.

HotelPlanner has already proven to be one I won't delete off my phone. We are planning a vacation and have been having a hard time trying to find a hotel that is both near the attractions we want and that serves a hot complimentary breakfast. I was so nervous about planning a trip since I had never planned a trip in my life and I will be 48 this Friday. I know sad huh. When I found Hotel planner and downloaded HotelPlanner , I couldn't believe all the information that was there. I got to looking through everything and it made it so easy to plan my trip, book my Hotel and information for places to go to when we get there. You see my husband and I will be celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary while we are there. He has no idea that I planned this trip for us so I'm excited because on the 11th of August which that's our anniversary date. I'm giving him a card with all the information in it. First and foremost this company is very unprofessional. They go by hotel planner but use a team called getaroom to manage the transactions. After calling the hotel in Catalina island and speaking with the manager Ophelia in holiday inn, this company went and took my refund and cancelled my refund. Shane on you Helena Pantages

I love to travel whenever I can. I also studied the travel industry so it intrigues me to learn more about the hotels. My next trip will hopefully be to SanFrancisco in the next couple of months. I am from the Bay Area and plan to book a room for a few nights right in the city so right now I am keeping an eye on the hotels to try and find the best possible rate. I do like HotelPlanner .
