Tripmaker: AI Travel Assistant Reviews

Spent an hour playing with Tripmaker trying to get it to work right. Liked the concept but Tripmaker is super glitchy. Would edit the list of things to do, turn around to review and it would have put all of the deleted items back onto the itinerary. The recommendations of things to do is extremely limited. Unfortunate because i feel like it would have been a great way to plan out our next vacation. Overall, can’t recommend.

I just learned about Tripmaker and I’m so glad I did. It’s so easy to plan a trip, Tripmaker asks a couple of basic questions at the start and based on your responses, pulls up relevant accomodations as well as sightseeing/location points that are catered to your interests. I definitely recommend Tripmaker!

Easy to use, great idea, six seven us cities only, pretty much did planning for me, many convenient links with others like bookings etc. overall a very helpful tool...needs more cities. Multi city planning would be nice.

I spent 4 and a half months in Dublin, Ireland a few years ago as a student. Now, my husband and I are planning to go back later this year. When I saw Tripmaker, I thought it was perfect! I thought I could add the places I'd hate to miss/would love to show him and maybe discover a few new must-sees along the way. Unfortunately, they only have 6 US cities to pick from. If you're looking to for an app to help plan your international travel, this isn't the it. Very disappointed

Seems like this may be an excellent app as it progresses. Right now it’s quite limited on where you can choose to go. Looking forward to maybe seeing more cities or a search option to enter the city you are wanting to go to. Right now there’s only 5-6 cities you can choose from and that’s it.

I wish it had more cities, but for NYC it helped me a lot. I’ve been there many times but I had friends who came from Spain and planning a few days was a challenge. Tripmaker made it very easy

My favorite app to use when traveling to NY. It’s really easy to use. Love going to different NY places that I haven’t visited before. Tripmaker does all the thinking for you, all you have to do is just go and enjoy! 👍🏻

Traveling to San Francisco next month and Tripmaker has made my planning so much easier. Can’t wait to see it in action once there. Awesome job guys ! Looking forward to more cities...

Ihor Yatsenko is a scammer. He is scamming people on Upwork out of money. Claims he needs freelancers give feedback for this trash app in exchange for monetary compensation, but has it rigged to where you can’t fully compete the feedback. You inform him of this and then he blames it on your computer, getting 90% of the work you did do for free, by disputing it as incomplete. He’s probably phishing and stealing information through Tripmaker!

An excellent idea and easy to use. I’ve been thinking of something like this for a long time. Planned a DC trip for April and it was a breeze. Needs more cities though

I downloaded Tripmaker from an ad I saw and was super excited to try it because I’m going on a trip to Europe and Tripmaker sounded legit, then I got on and saw they only had a few American cities available 😕

They don’t have many cities but helped me to organize a few days in NYC to entertain friends from Europe. Hope they’re working on more cities.

Just used it to plan a trip to Chicago. Been waiting for something like this for years. Love how easy it is to use! Impatiently waiting for new cities to be supported on Tripmaker .

Great app - it’s super easy to use and really helped me plan my trip to Boston. Love that it gives you how long it will take you to get from one place to another.

Very cool and helpful app. I just used it for NYC and it saved me a lot of time. Amazing how it picked spots for me and I enjoyed them. Good choice of restaurants too. Hope it’ll offer more destinations soon.

With just a few questions they can offer you a tailored trip, quite impressive!

Buggy. Impossible to delete items or tell it that you want to see specific things. I know a lot of what I want to do, but it’s a struggle to get Tripmaker to actually listen.

Probably great if you don’t know what you want to do, not great if you want to take control.

Love the Travel Fairy app. Recently used it to plan my trips to NYC and Chicago. The chatbot/assistant is easy to use, helpful and intuitive. Can’t wait for more cities to be added!

Useful tool for full travel experience in NY.
Especially if it’s your first time in the city. Tripmaker offers you the most famous spots for sightseeing, food and entertainment.
