Tried using their service. I need a lease. Their marketing emails explicitly say that I need to sign up for monthly LEASES to get discounts etc. I sign up for this LEASE. Do the stuff online, do the DASH license. Pay $880 to start my lease in a few weeks. And I ask for the lease which I need. I’m told that they do not provide a lease. They will not provide a lease. Then they refuse to refund the full amount because I didnt cancel 30 days in advance. THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE LEASE THAT I PAID FOR

It took forever to get responses from them and then their people were rude and condescending. Don’t tell me that I dont need a lease or that your license is all that is needed. You don’t know my business.

I NEVER write reviews but when comparing all the different coworking apps, this is the best one out there. Shows little icons of the pictures of the working places and estimated prices which the others don’t. Can’t wait for more places in SF to use the tool because it is far superior than the others.

I appreciate that I don’t need to pay subscription fees, I can book a meeting room for 2 hours and just pay for that. They also have the most flexible cancellation policy that I’ve seen, super helpful for those last minute changes!

Since the COVID got all library in Southern California closed for more than 6 minute. LiquidSpace allow me to have my time and no intrrption space to complete my homework.

This is well working app and the great experience overall. But as AirBnb person I believe that they need to put more attention on feedback and especially on accuracy of listings. Many listings are not accurate and LiquidSpace does not provide a way to report missing or unexpectedly paid features. Please add ability to report errors in listing and I will give you 5*. Use AirBnb as example.

I absolutely love LiquidSpace/website. Periodt. I’ve used for freelance spaces and just when I don’t want to see my coworkers faces nor my families while getting work done.

I input a City to search and it doesn’t filter the results to fit that specific City suburb. Seems displayed by paid space placement. Which isn’t helpful in making this a time efficient approach to finding a space suited for me. Time is an asset I don’t like wasting on paid manipulation.

I use LiquidSpace to book space at the Capital ONE CAFE ATX, it is helpful and accurate scheduling. The conference space is clean, well kept and ready for use. Great team and they make you feel welcome!

Love the option of Oakland Hub saves me 4 hours of commute time and location is awesome and everything I need

I read with trepidation other reviewers’ reports of closed spaces with this app denying refunds, as well as some space renters being unhappy without knowledge or pre-contact with space use-tenants.

We’ve never experienced those problems, so far.

However, it’s typical for a meeting to need to start on the hour or half hour, and there is no apparent means of scheduling an antecedent 1/4 hour for setup. Only 1/2 hour increments.

Otherwise, so far—very good.

This is a terrible platform. You have no idea who is booking your space and for what purpose. They disregard your policies and make it really hard to communicate with guests before hand. And then after all that they take a whopping 50% of the fees and leave you to clean up the mess. And then the customer service folks are jerks. Just don’t do it.

Good service would like some change to the UX of LiquidSpace just performance issues and some crashing but hey it’s a great idea and really helped me out

Great way to find a co work space in a bind!

Liquid space is great during highly routine Monday - Friday 8 to 5 reservations. But if you’re looking for anything outside of that, like on holidays or weekends they have no use and cannot be relied upon.

Booked a conference room and when I arrived the conference room was empty. The tenant left a month prior and liquid space refused to give me a refund. I had to have the meeting in a small, cramped area of the building.

Absolutely PERFECT for home-based professionals, freelance businesses, students...
..Anyone who'd have an immediate need for a professional space, but not necessarily the full blown commitment required for the traditional 'corner-office' setting.
Meeting clients..(anywhere, but 'Starbucks' pls.), for a collaborative project-completion or a small team utilizing the conference areas which many of the locations offer..
Spontaneity as a benefit fulfilled also, of LiquidSpace . Fast approaching a deadline of a major project, when I realized it's completion hinged on my ability to procure an immediate need, for a place to just ..'work'.. Away,! ..from disturbances and distractions.
I'd remembered then, LiquidSpace as a resource. Although I didn't honestly believe I'd find availability (being the 'Morning|of' necessity) & such.
Luckily I easily found the awesome Media Pod, at one of the Marriotts.
I'm certainly sharing within my network affiliations, this rare 'find' of a precious GEM. I'm just hoping as well, there will always be 'space' for MEeee. ;)

Randomly cancels reservations

I just installed LiquidSpace in my Ipad to review the calendar for this app in my Executive office Suites in Pembroke Pines, FL.
It works great, Nd very easy to use. We rent Conference Rooms and Meetting rooms, but i didnt have a calendar for the outside users to see and booking. After the installation and set up over the weekend we get a client that reserved the Conference Room for the Full Day. It works great for people trying to find a Conference Room or a Day Office. if you are In shouth Florida, check out Hampton Business Center.
great application, very easy to use and do the Booking Online and see days availables, and different locations and prices online

This is a great app to find local workspace when I'm on the go. Integrated GPS allows me see local places where I can meet with clients. Filter feature gives me the option to find a space that's right for the way I need to work on a given day (meeting w/ clients vs. working alone vs. brainstorming and working on my biz). Also able to book and pay online for the space I use... Seem less and easy!

I love the way LiquidSpace enables guests to contact hosts directly before deciding whether to book the space.

LiquidSpace is not functioning. Sign up takes you to a email submission form, and clicking submit just refreshes the page over and over, no matter how many times you try.

Takes way too long to navigate the search tools

Used this 2 times and not a single time has it been easy or reasonable to get setup.
Needed at least 30 minutes each time.
Waste of time and money

First time using LiquidSpace. My Home internet went out and will be out for a week. I needed a space to work and found some shared office spaces through LiquidSpace. Easy to reserve and easy to contact space owner. Will definitely use again!

Great place to work and customer service is good as well

Would be a lot better if you could add your own workspace that’s available (was looking to add my home as a co-working space but don’t see that as an option)

As a professional Black woman, I have difficulty getting bookings on LiquidSpace. People don't respond or cancel tours. I have my picture shown so I can weed out the bias folks. I don't want to do business with them. (Sigh) white people!

On the other hand, I went to a local Co-working space toured and signed up the same day, and they were responsive.

Incorrect listings that they write they’re going to ask the business to change and don’t follow-up. Then unresponsive. Seemingly true for most things in most listings from square feet to duration and pricing. Feels scammy.
