Get Pricing Info for LieferandoRegarding order no 2U9CTH that was not delivered. I emailed you about this over the weekend. When I logged into your app it automatically took me to the nearest place. I selected an order and paid. Over an hour later the food company after accepting the order told me they were 500 km away and could not deliver. I sent you an email as my food was not delivered on the app. I placed the details correctly. Please arrange to sort this out and issue me with a full refund or I will open a case with PayPal. Also on the app it now states that the order was delivered and it seems you closed the loop on it

While visiting Germany I downloaded the app to order food because I saw it advertised everywhere. Thought it would be nice to use and decided to order food through the app. Ordering process was easy. Filled out all the proper information such as where i was staying contact information etc....the app said the food would arrive in 45 minutes and after 1hour and 15 minutes my food never showed up. Another hour later and no food. By this time the restaurant from where I ordered was closed so now I knew for sure i wouldn’t receive the food. I sent a request to liefernado about getting my money back and this was their response (a week later might I add) “the delivery service told us that they neither were able to find you at the given address nor could reach you with the provided telephone number during the ordering process. We’re sorry but we can’t cancel the order and refund the money because the delivery service would suffer a loss” they claimed that I could contact the restaurant to ask for a solution from them but since their response was so slow I had already left Germany after that time. After a few more long worded emails to them I gave up arguing with them. This by far is the worst app i have used on my phone period. I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this non functional app.

Tried using this app as it was the only way to get food delivered. After 4 hours of waiting and seeing my order status change to delivered my food wasn’t delivered. Sent 5 emails to the app customer center which they told me they can’t do anything and I should call the restaurant to which I responded. The restaurant doesn’t have any English speaking employees. Long story short. They took my money and did nothing to fix their error.

They told me to send a screenshot of my call logs to confirm I wasn’t contacted for a delivery, which I did. To which they responded that they can’t refund me because of the economic loss to the business. So the app only caters to business owners by trying to get them money by any means necessary. The customers not so much. They don’t care about you getting your food. I doubt if the restaurant even made it. I wish I could rate this no stars. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

I am in an Airbnb with no food so I order dinner. The wait time is 1 hour and a half. Well, the restaurant calls me and tells me it’s going to be delayed another 40-60 minutes because there aren’t any drivers available. So, I try to cancel the order but they can’t do it on their end. So I try to contact customer support, but the only way you can contact them is VIA EMAIL. So clearly there is no quick resolution to this issue. Then I look at the Liefernando website which says the restaurant has to cancel the order. So I call the restaurant again and they tell me they can’t cancel it because I payed with credit card. The owner of the restaurant ends up driving me the order himself!! And me feeling really guilty about the whole thing, tips him 10€ since he was so kind to bring me food. This basically ended up being a really expensive and stressful meal. I have no idea how this app has so many high marked reviews. Probably all FAKE!!!!
