Aplicativo muito complicado e não funciona.

O app funciona, mas quando vai se fazer o cadastro, para que não é brasileiro, não funciona.
Tem até o campo “estrangeiro” mas quando colocamos o número do documento (carteira de motorista estrangeira ou passaporte), não aceita. Somente aceita o CPF, que é um documento para quem vive no Brasil.
Não tenho CPF, portanto não pude fazer a reserva antecipada.
Cheguei na loja, não tinha mais o tipo do carro que eu queria e tive que usar a locadora concorrente.
As outras 3 vezes que aluguei pela movida, tive que pagar mais caro, pois o app não funciona para quem não está logado.
Um erro simples, que faz perder um cliente.

Serviço péssimo, funcionários mal treinados e mal educados. Marquei data e hora para retirar o veículo, ao chegar na loja se recusaram a me antender pq “estavam fechando”.
