Wulfrun carpark in Wolverhampton was told not owned by NCP but now Park Me. I visited on Saturday 23rd December 2023:at approx 2.15 left approx 3.15. I paid tapped my debited card to pay £1. Parking Machine displayed if I wanted a receipt I did not thinking payment paid. After checking my bank account no payment pending.My registration FD15 VUA.

Used this app to look for temporary parking for the forum and they said I can park at this facility. The app said it was open 24/7, free, and even used as a pick up point for airport shuttles. I left my car there in Friday thinking I can get it the next day but I came to find out the gate was locked and my car was locked in there. The app did not provide any business hours and I thought it was normal bc it said 24/7 parking. I still don’t have my car and I have to go home tonight. They were very vague with the information and I definitely did do my research on it. Don’t get this app!
Unable to book

All an app requires is simple things. Give me the location for reservations, take my number plate and credit card info and book the parking. It ceases to perform this basic function. Always gets looped at “License plate info required” even though I have put it down for like 10 times. Would not recommend unless they fix simple issues.
Why show me parking I can’t reserve?

The whole reason I downloaded this was to find parking I could reserve. Even when a location said reservations were possible, as soon as I clicked through, they suddenly weren’t. Also, it took 20 mins and 8 attempts to validate my email. Something seriously wrong!
