App Crashes

The app itself was WONDERFUL & extremely helpful for me to keep track of attendance and student activities. HOWEVER, the other day the app crashed and will no longer let me open the app itself. I have tried deleting the app itself and redownloading it and it does not work. If this issue gets fixed, the app is great.
Grades please!

Especially now with virtual learning, I’m using every screen I can access to keep organized. Many times I’m on the go grading in blackboard and Teams on my iPad and trying to enter grades on my phone. As an English teacher, I need the bigger screen of the iPad to view essays and writing assessments. I was very excited to see TeacherVUE offered an app, and jumped at the chance to download. Unfortunately the only functionality it has is to take attendance. The biggest piece of the puzzle that this app is missing is the ability to enter quick grades. I continue to waste time switching between screens on the iPad while I grade in Blackboard and then enter into synergy. Honestly, synergy - think like a teacher! What would you want this app to do? I guarantee you, in the middle of a pandemic, attendance taking is NOT top of the list.

App is unreliable. It lets me take attendance, but I can't save grades. I tried using it for the first time today in class. I went around my classroom and entered student assignments., then tried to save and it keeps giving me an error. I exited out of the grading screen and then lost all my grades. This apps is worthless if it won't work properly. When I tested it out last week, it worked fine, now it's crap. Please fix soon.
My IT dept is trying to help get this fixed, apparently the company needs to give them a patch to install on our servers. This has going on now for three weeks. Why can't the company get this fixed. I really wish our school would have selected a decent company to do business with. I would not recommend synergy to anyone.
