your turning point app is not working on roku TV. What is the problem?

My turning point ap comes on and immediately goes back to main computer screen. Have reloaded ap and reloaded iPhone.

I use the app on my dog walks in the morning,but this morning it crashed before it loaded,we did just do an iphone update,so I wonder if it is not compatible with ios 17?

The app keeps crashing as soon as it finishes loading into app.
