Love the magazine, but access to purchased issues is unreliable. I usually have to delete and reload LObslemagazine every day or two in order to maintain access to the issues I want to read and reread. Have written messages to the company behind LObslemagazine, in English and in French, to no avail.
Update: I changed this rating from 2 to 3 stars. As always, the content is peerless and, when it works, LObslemagazine switches seamlessly from page to text mode. I've had horrible problems for the last 8 months with unreliable access to issues when clicking on the cover thumbnails inside LObslemagazine . Finally, for the last two weeks LObslemagazine has performed reliably, which is terrific. However, I remain rankled by the appalling customer service from the developer Milibris -- who was downright rude, refusing both a refund and any attempt to troubleshoot. Of course the vampires at Apple were no better.
