The application works fine, even though it really crashes sometimes. Another issue is that when you increase the screen to make letters bigger it takes some seconds to adjust, making it really uncomfortable to the eyes. One thing I'm still trying to understand is how to make O Globo subscription appears on the Newstand application launched with IOS 5. For some reason O Globo icon is kept separate on the display.

I'm a subscriber over two years. Sometimes newspaper of the day is not available to download. It has been more frequently every month.
I pay for a service that is not available at least twice a month and nobody knows the problem solution.
It is a lack of respect with costumer. When you call them, they said its appstore problem. The really truth is that they noc respect their customers. I will pay for other brazilian newspapers.

OGlobo has been on my phone and was not allowed to sent me notifications.
Now they have taken advantage of an update to make the notification list and now they sent notification all the time even to my Apple Watch. I have already fix this by removing it from the list of apps that can send me notifications. But I remain upset with this intrusion.
Other than that, this is a very ill working app and a very monotone leftist newspaper.

If there is a worse app for reading news, I haven't seen it. This is so inconvenient to use...zoom in, zoom out constantly...it makes you dizzy. Download takes for ever. The delay on the ad pages is incredibly annoying...and I am a PAID subscriber. The format is so cumbersome, I would judge that it takes me 2 x longer to read the on line version than the paper version.

The old app was much better! Download of the editions was fast and easy. With the new app the download appears to take forever.
I am pretty sure that the new app was not sufficiently tested before placed into production. Shame on this app technology team !!
Please return to the old app ASAP.

The old application was far better. To get the day’s edition one has to close OGlobo , constant unrequested zooms and inability to see two pages at once. A shame!!!

Tenho assinatura digital. O app nao funciona na versao 7.1.2. Quando tento fazer o login, a tela fica em branco ao inves de abrir o dialogo de login. Quando seleciono a leitura de uma noticia e marco a opcao de que "sou assinante", ao inves de aparecer a tela de login, o aplicativo volta para a tela inicial. Fix it please!!!!

Li alguns dos comentários negativos mas, para ser justo, não vejo os mesmos problemas. Sou usuário deste aplicativo há pouco tempo e tenho tido boa resposta, com um funcionamento normal e quase correto. O único defeito, a meu ver certamente inexplicável, é o mecanismo de compartilhamento de artigos que não funciona. Até o momento, não percebi fechamentos abruptos nem outros defeitos. No entanto, minha nota se justifica pela prestação de serviços básicos. O aplicativo poderia oferecer opções que facilitem a leitura como, por exemplo, o aumento do tamanho do texto, o uso de dicionário, um mecanismo de buscas e a leitura horizontal.
