Install EVENTIMDE to get tickets for a concert. Every 2 clicks I got connection error. Couldn't do anything. App seems to be all web based, what makes EVENTIMDE itself useless. Having said that, you can simply go to the website and suffer there. No need for EVENTIMDE.

Totally unreliable site. Event was postponed to another date, which I am not available. No refund and takes no responsibility. Says I have to write to organiser and did not bother helping at all. Stole all my $$. Will never buy from them again
I have bought an ticket for Steve Hackett Wuppertal original 18/4/2020 that has been changed to 28/8/2021. This concert has been postponed to an new date on 1/7/2021, but we are since that e-mail waiting for an new date. I have asked in an mail on 30th of october if they had allready an new date NO ANSWER from Eventim.de, i have sended an reply on 14/11/2021 and still NO REPLY. No confirmation on my mail no answer, this organisation is indecent and sucks.
