What is PrinterOn? The PrinterOn Mobile Printing App for iOS devices allows users to easily search for and print to any PrinterOn-enabled Enterprise or Public Printing Location from one application. It offers a range of features such as print preview, print options, and secure release codes to ensure only the user sees their documents. I was introduced to PrinterOn from staying in Hilton’s a lot. Every Hilton (I think) has their printers on PrinterOn. And as a Hilton Honors member I can use the business center at each property. The one issue I am having is you can’t sync your gmail directly into PrinterOn like you can yahoo and iCloud. There is an option to do so but once you start the process google kicks you out and says “google has not verified/authenticated PrinterOn, unable to sync gmail and PrinterOn until reviewed by google”. I have been waiting.
But you can print write out of your mail app on iPhone so it’s really not that big a deal.

Useless app, doesn’t work at all. Neither I nor two library staff could figure out at all what to do or how to print the documents. Literally does nothing.

Google blocks PrinterOn due to privacy concerns, so you cannot use it to print any documents from your gmail account.

It’s not letting me redownload PrinterOn . It’s saying I have to put my card information in first and I personally don’t trust it.

It won't find my printer; there are no instructions for connecting a printer. Utterly useless. Not sure why it was on the list of top recommended apps.

Printer On is an extremely easy to use application for those who want to print from almost anyplace whether it be the web, PDF's, your e-mail service, personal documents from your computer, mobile device or the cloud. PrinterOn completely simplifies the process of network printing which is very important for those who may not be that good at searching out printers not in their home or on their home network to print from.

It's easy to use. Just wish there were more options as far as how things can be printed such as a "print on both sides" and for power points, the ability to have more than one slide on a page. Please change immediately!

I have been using this app for a couple of years now on my laptop. If you are a road warrior PrinterOn is for you.

OneDrive integration not working, although Box did. You can't send to PrinterOn from photos, have to browse photos from PrinterOn .
The pop up messages that state success or failure stay on the screen, they don't timeout.
The service needs better support of model specific PCL5e drivers.

True no wireless detection for nearby printers, but PrinterOn does something no other print app does. It puts you in touch with "public printers". You find the printer, send an email with the doc attached, and it sends you back a release code. When you get to the printer, it will have a keypad to enter your code. Enter the code and out comes the print. Pretty slick when you are away from the office or home. It will be slicker when more wireless locations set up printers. PrinterOn not very intuitive, however. Most other print apps start by asking you what you want to print, this asks where you are and finds you a printer close by.

Needed something printed urgently. Saw PrinterOn advertised at their printer on campus. I'm standing right next to their printer and PrinterOn can't locate any printer! Useless!

Two weeks ago I would have given this five stars, but I’ve tried to send several jobs to the same library printers I’ve always used and the jobs look to go through then a “job failed” notice comes up with the message : expected status code in (200-299), got 403.
I don’t know what that means or how to fix it, but I now get the same error message every time I try to send a job.

The hotel I'm sitting in came up 25th on the list? In West Pam Beach and it listed a bunch of Boca hotels. Annoying. Otherwise, worked as advertised (no card in my room, so no web address for my computer. This was faster).
