Hi, it seems that no one at the Comfort Suites Fernley in Fernley, Nevada can use the printeron connected computer. I think the keypad is unresponsive. I successfully processed a print job but could not access the document. The printer is a Dell B2360dn. Management has not been able to use the guest printer either. Please help. I have a document that needs to be printed today. It is job number 1323010797. Thanks.
Useless app

Useless app, doesn’t work at all. Neither I nor two library staff could figure out at all what to do or how to print the documents. Literally does nothing.
