Unusable App does not work

No way to reach ITT to help troubleshoot. App does not work I called the customer service they were nice tried to help but the app keeps rejecting to log in. I asked customer service if I needed to create another account with the app they stated I shouldn’t have to since I already have a account. I tried this app before when I first got Healthscope beginning of the year. Same problem. Apple 🍎 needs to pull the App from the store and ask them to fix it.

Same problems as above reviews. The app will throw you out completely and it will take multiple calls and emails to customer service and a PC to log on to for it to be fixed. And then, a couple of months down the road, it will do the same %%^^>?<#€^%<> thing!!!! I have never had an app this frustrating! Horrible!!!! They know there is a problem and will not fix it. I wish my employer would use a different company.
Can’t log in

Same as everyone else. Can log in through the website, but not the app using same user and pass.
The website has me enter my company name first, though. Maybe that is what is missing on this app.
Those who gave this app 5 stars must be bots.
