I can log in on my computer but not on the ap on my phone. I already deleted it.

No way to reach ITT to help troubleshoot. App does not work I called the customer service they were nice tried to help but HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts keeps rejecting to log in. I asked customer service if I needed to create another account with HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts they stated I shouldn’t have to since I already have a account. I tried HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts before when I first got Healthscope beginning of the year. Same problem. Apple 🍎 needs to pull HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts from the store and ask them to fix it.

Why update HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts if you can’t even fix login. This is crazy nonsense from a company who will gladly take your money but won’t fix HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts . It’s 2020 join the rest of the world. Pathetic.
As others have said, you can’t log in, so it’s useless. How can you have an app that just doesn’t work? How can a developer not be held accountable for something like that? Super weird.
HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts is useless. I have no problem logging in on the website but HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts does not recognize my user name and password. Last update was a year ago. You should pull HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts from the store.

The website has me enter my company name first, though. Maybe that is what is missing on HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts.

Same problems as above reviews. HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts will throw you out completely and it will take multiple calls and emails to customer service and a PC to log on to for it to be fixed. And then, a couple of months down the road, it will do the same %%^^>?<#€^%<> thing!!!! I have never had an app this frustrating! Horrible!!!! They know there is a problem and will not fix it. I wish my employer would use a different company.
This is one of the hardest, least user friendly apps ever. When it works it’s great. When you need it most it’s suddenly time to renew password, which is complicated. It’s like they don’t really want you to use HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts .
So far HealthSCOPEConsumerAccounts works great and allows me to access my account with ease.
