How to fix REI Co-op app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the REI Co-op app on iPhone
Update REI Co-op app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall REI Co-op iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix REI Co-op on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve REI Co-op network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

REI Co-op Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix REI Co-op not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the REI Co-op App
1. On android, goto Settings » REI Co-op » click [Force Stop]

Update REI Co-op to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear REI Co-op App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » REI Co-op » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart REI Co-op.

Fix REI Co-op unable to contact server/ REI Co-op internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click REI Co-op » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto REI Co-op » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch REI Co-op
