Have skisporet on iphones. Loype do not appear at all on one, though roads and everything do, and on other they come up but disappear as soon as you move or enlarge the map.

How to fix Skisporet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skisporet app on iPhone
Update Skisporet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skisporet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skisporet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skisporet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skisporet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skisporet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skisporet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skisporet » click [Force Stop]

Update Skisporet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skisporet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skisporet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skisporet.

Fix Skisporet unable to contact server/ Skisporet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skisporet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skisporet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
