Reference course: 84848528 Lexus noire GL-972-RP Driver overcharged me today The driver picked me up at Hotel Monge. He was pleasant until I told him my destination, Gare Austerlitz. He muttered for several minutes, but drove directly to the station. Once there, he said cash only. I have no cash. He swore. I offered to look for a cash machine, but then he took out a device to take my card. After some more muttering and concern about the card, he charged me 20.00 Euros for a lower fare. And, no receipt.

I used this based on google search for recommended driver app in Paris. After using it a few times had to switch to a set rate ride share app. First 3 rides I noticed them taking a heavy traffic route even though google maps recommended a faster route. This allowed the to run up. The incident that made me write this review was a driver saying they were at my location to pick me up when it showed them clear 3 min away at the wrong spot. If I can see them on the app they can clearly see me and that they are not at the location. Was charged €11 euro even though the driver was not there. Research other ride share apps in Europe, this now is not recommended.
Don’t use this app. Charged $60 every time

I just moved to Paris. I had to move into my place a few days ago. It was snowing and raining throughout the day so I took a few taxis. They charged $60 every time. I have the receipts for how much the actual charges are. G7 is holding $180 of mine. It’s unacceptable. Disgusting to do this to people. Whether you give it back or not it you don’t hold a high amount of money from them. My advice do not use this app. Use freenow, get a cabs phone number or catch a cab on the street. It’s not worth it.

I have been using this app for over a year with inly one or two late taxis. I ordered a taxi last night for my friends to get to the airport this morning and there is a taxi protest. NO message was sent to alert me that there would be no taxis available. I had to call at the meeting time to ask where the taxi was.
Shame on this company for leaving customers high and dry. You are selfish jerks. I don’t care if you want to protest, just give your customer the courtesy of knowing their planned reservation is useless !!!! J’en ai marre des manifs dans ce maudit pays d’imbéciles
