I cannot get channel 3-1 or the other channels on 3 to work. I used to be able to get it to work. The last couple of months, I got it but there was alot of cackling with the speech and cutting out. Now it will not come on at all. I do not have COX. I have Prime Firestick.

I live in Sun lakes I I have a raccoons problem they are on my attic has been for 3 years. My Hoa keeps boarding my roof up to to kill them. Can someone help me to rescue them
