How to fix India TV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the India TV app on iPhone
Update India TV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall India TV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix India TV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve India TV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

India TV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix India TV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the India TV App
1. On android, goto Settings » India TV » click [Force Stop]

Update India TV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear India TV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » India TV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart India TV.

Fix India TV unable to contact server/ India TV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click India TV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto India TV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
