I have been a fan of McClatchy newspapers for a number of years. Their app makes it easy to keep track of current events with journalistic point of view not reporters point of view.

Often the first to report on a story we all need to know. Check in often.

I love McClatchyDCBureau! I get all of the news I want from all over the country. Unbiased reporting and complete coverage. I use McClatchyDCBureau several times a day!

The last two revisions of McClatchyDCBureau have a bug. When you read an article in landscape, it gets truncated. You can only read in regular mode to get the full article. Please fix the problem.

McClatchy offers a unique perspective on news and current events. Someone in their office is thinking.

Additional plus is no frou frou. They concentrate on the substance of news. What a refreshing change from mainstream media.

Of late, McClatchyDCBureau is becoming a little unstable. But they should probably have that fixed in short order.

This is a must have news app to add to your collection. Try it; you'll like it.

Critical perspective of the news and thorough in-depth coverage of investigative reporting are factors for their success. State, National and Global issues are dealt more sincerely here than what I found in NYTimes, Washington Post and Gaurdian.

It's so easy to keep up with the news with app. It's beautifully orgamized and easy to rwad. Not to mention they have the best reporters and editors in the biz.

During the stupidity of the Bush era in the US, these guys actually reported the news well neither blindly reporting what the administration handed them or doing the smear job others like CNN and AP would do. It seems they have changed. What happened to reporters who were trained to critical thinking?

Truth to power and accuracy for everyone. AP paints broad and these folks drill deep!

I would like a search function to be part of McClatchyDCBureau; then I could search through stories in the newspaper I love just as I do online.

App hasn't worked for three days now. When you tap on the icon, you get the opening screenshot of the Capitol for about ten seconds, then you're back to the home screen. Have tried deleting app and re-installing, but it's still doing it.

A great news app. Unfortunately, with this latest update, it won't launch on my 4s iOS 6.1.3. Two stars with the expectation that the glitch will be fixed.

McClatchy newspapers have always done the best job in my opinion. Real journalism. I hope we can always count on that and that journalists don't start being criminally prosecuted for reporting the truth.

Very much enjoy the news service. App is quite nice. No problem with my iPhone 4.

After last IOS 7.0.3 update the McClatchy app loads and shows splash screen but 5 seconds later minimizes without continuing to main articles page. Major fail.

Quite comprehensive and readable. One of the more objective news apps.

Worth looking at.

Newest update does nothing. Only the main picture shows. As useless as the US House of Representatives
