Suddenly doesn't work anymore

App hasn't worked for three days now. When you tap on the icon, you get the opening screenshot of the Capitol for about ten seconds, then you're back to the home screen. Have tried deleting app and re-installing, but it's still doing it.
Latest 10/20 Update Fails To Open

After last IOS 7.0.3 update the McClatchy app loads and shows splash screen but 5 seconds later minimizes without continuing to main articles page. Major fail.
Not Working at All
