How to fix SpareRoom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SpareRoom app on iPhone
Update SpareRoom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SpareRoom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SpareRoom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SpareRoom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SpareRoom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SpareRoom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SpareRoom App
1. On android, goto Settings » SpareRoom » click [Force Stop]

Update SpareRoom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SpareRoom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SpareRoom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SpareRoom.

Fix SpareRoom unable to contact server/ SpareRoom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SpareRoom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SpareRoom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SpareRoom
