Some of the restaurants have blown us away with everything you get for the price, while others have been mediocre but filling. Going in without expectations is key - have the mindset of “whatever we get, it’ll be a great experience/we can always go somewhere for pizza after” and you will never be disappointed! You can’t beat these prices in one of the most expensive cities in the world.

I ABSOLUTELY love pulsd. My fiancé and I were looking for a great place to have brunch, and up popped Pulsed. We’ve used it on numerous occasions since finding it! They have a great selection of businesses throughout NYC, and will be our go-to for great deals! —> Better deals than what Groupon offers in my opinion! Honestly, why spend full-price when you can get legit two-for-one deals! It’s a smart and savvy way to enjoy NYC, making your hard-earned income stretch!

There was an issue with the iOS app not working after latest update. Wrote to support and expected to hear nothing for ages (with Christmas etc) and instead within and 1-2 hours had contact from this app. They found the bug and fixed it. Kept me informed the whole time and surprised me with a small credit to my account. They didn’t have to do that but I really appreciated it.
App is back on track too 👍

Puls’d was great about crediting my account when I was unable to redeem several services I bought due to the pandemic. But it wasn’t just that it credited my account - it’s that I felt I was talking to an employee, not a contract worker in a distant call center. To me, that redirect in a better overall experience to great resolution, especially since it took months for the vendor to tell me they went out of business.

Overall I love pulsd! I’ve had some awesome bottomless brunch experiences through it, and the email newsletters keep me in the know about events that day. Admittedly, I rarely follow through on those opportunities, but it makes me feel in touch with the city. My only big complaint is it doesn’t have a calendar view or display dates prominently. I’d love to say, see what’s going on next Saturday without waiting for the emails day-of or scouring through the list and hoping I’m free the day of an interesting event.

This is my first review ever. My friends and I love to go out eat and drink. this app has helped to introduce us to lots of new places and events and most of the deals are 50% off. It’s very easy to use. A lot of apps only have deal for places that are mediocre. But 9/10 of the places I’ve visited with this app have been awesome experiences. Also now I’m able to go out even more because we are getting such good deals with this app. Just download it and you’ll see.

I have bought several vouchers, from dining, to health and beauty, and now a weekend vacation. Every experience has been incredible and the savings are insane. I don’t know how they do it, but if you aren’t using this app, you’re missing out and either not living life to the fullest or spending wayyyy too much money to do it. It’s really a no brainer.

I love pulsd. Gets me out and about to a lot of places. Some of these I already knew of before and it’s great to have a good a deal. I love that it has some freebies that you can just attend to. I think it could be upgrade by adding a location service and see what’s within the area as well. Sometimes the search bar does act up.

Me and my girlfriend have been using this app for years now and have had great experiences not only with the places we've went, but with customer service. We have had some issues at some restaurants and the customer service has always been super quick to respond and give a solution to the issue. Will be a user as long as it is around!

this app offers excellent deals for food and fun around the city - but not just that, their customer service is really wonderful. The responses are by humans, not robots, and they get back to you super quickly (all over email). Can’t recommend them enough (and thank you for your timely assistance today Lauren Gerard!)

But I’m only giving it four stars and I will tell you why. There has been a trend lately for restaurants to use it to get me to buy it, then get there and realize that the special had to be reserved in advance. I used to not have to read the obscure fine print and I’ve gone to a couple places now only to find out that they wouldn’t honor the voucher for some obscure reason.

I love the variety of deals I can always find at this app that are both cheap and chic 😍 every single experience from a coupon I’ve purchased has always been over and beyond. Great curation of deals, no other way to experience new spots! Always gonna be coming back for more 👅

I like pulsd overall it gives me good ideas for things to do around the city that are affordable or on sale which is nice cause I’m always on a budget. Some of the places are a little sketchy so I would just do my reviews before hand using Yelp and Google but I found a few nice places using pulsd. I would recommend using for fun stuff around nyc

I contacted customer service because Bice Cucina has 2 locations and I purchased the wrong one. Anyways, they replied so fast to my email and gave me a credit so I can purchase to the location I wanted and it was such a easy and smooth process I LOVED IT!

Love using pulsd. Restaurants respond well to the vouchers. Always call to make reservations even if it doesn’t say. Had one bad experience at a clam house in Little Italy. The guy outside was rude. Went back to use the voucher and the experience was 100% better. Staff was amazing. The jerk was still there but we didn’t have to deal with him so all good.

The this app customer service team is great ! Love the variety of deals they have and I never have any issues when I present my voucher at restaurants! Will continue to be a lid long user especially being able to eat on a budget here in New York City !

A friend told me about pulsd, at first I loved it many options and great deals. I book an event that mentions no fees or payment involved. I get to the event and I have to pay (beyond what I am willing to pay). They need to work on giving out all the details to the events they have!! It’s a waste of time to go somewhere out of your budget when pulsd is created to do the opposite. Food and drink wise the deals are worth it.

I’ve been a loyal patron of this app for over three years now. The deals are amazing and given how experience New York can get, such a lifesaver! Saved a ton on haircuts, dinners and high teas! Do be sure to use your vouchers within the time frame in the fine print.

My friend had me join her for a this app event and I thought great, a nice surprise, and doubted I would ever find another event of interest. Surprise-I’ve become a big fan. Great partnerships and excellent service. We had a problem one night and this app plus the restaurant outdid themselves to make sure we had an excellent experience.

pulsd is awesome and has everything I love about New York at a price that will keep my budget and the city alive. this app really has its hand on the pulse of New York, I have been using it for over a year and never been disappointed. It’s always a new classy adventure with this app.

pulsd has a lot to offer! But the interface is a little confusing. And once your scroll down all the deals you have the scroll all the way back to the top to search again. That’s my only complaint so far!

The this app team typically refund you if something isn’t right but 95%+ of the time it’s been a great event!
