Very convenient!
I’ve been using this app to pay my rent for the past 7 months and honestly, it’s been great! Very convenient and easy to use. It takes a little time to actually take the money out of my bank account, but that happens. And if you use your bank account instead of a card, you don’t get charged a fee which I really like! Very pleased with this service.

Very easy to use
Love the ease of use with this app. Just moved into a property that uses this for online payment and found the interface very intuitive and simple. Not inexpensive transaction fees, but a great app nonetheless.

Issues with the app and their website
Every 3-4 months I have issues login in because according to the system my password is incorrect. Every time I reset it and then it just happens again. I tried filling out the trans union reporting form but some buttons and drop downs didn’t seem to work. Their website is zero mobile friendly so I expected the app to work, but it wasn’t great either. At least it works to pay my rent without having to get a check and bring it to my landlord in person.
