Still get message to update Play Store to open PBS. None of the steps you give me work.

I watch PBS Passport with my Amazon Firestick. Lately, Passport will either not open at all, or will boot me out of the app right after it does open. I can usually get it to open if I persist, but I would like to eliminate this problem. Help!
App not working on tv or iPad. When I go to pbs.org it works on both iPad and phone. When I go to the app on my Roku tv, I get a message to activate after it first shows the KERA Dallas station. But when I try to activate, I get an eeeor message after putting in the code.
My PBS app on my television is slow to open. When it finally does and I select my show, it exists out. We're have strong winds today and am wondering if it's the issue.
Using Roku and having problems with scrolling on the PBS app. Instead of scrolling one selection at a time, it moves past multiple selections and will not scroll one at a time. This also happens with the search engine. It is very difficult to navigate the app and cannot stop on the selection we are trying to use. This does not happen with any other channel.
Same problem as John Westcott a week ago. I can’t get to the show I want to stream because the cursor jumps several spots at a time. I use Roku and this doesn’t happen with any other streaming app

App on Google/Android TV keeps kicking us out while streaming
When watching VT PBS, it crashes and closes the app. Does it frequently while watching Antiques Roadshow.
Same as Hillary, PBS app will not open on my Apple TV but does on iPad. What’s wrong and how do I fix.
The PBS app will not open on my tv. I can access PBS Passport on my iPad. But when I select the streaming app on my tv, nothing happens. Spectrum is my tv/internet provider.
Crashing on opening on iPad….SOLVED by deleting app and reinstalling. All data was saved. Had been using website in the meantime, where most data was accessible. But happy now with app!
Past few days app crashes trying to open on iPad. Have updated iPad, reloaded app. Haven't removed app because I wanted to save data, but will if necessary. App is fine on tv, Roku.
I am unable to download the app from Google play store on android TV. Download gets stuck on "pending" message . I've tried a number of workarounds and have been unsuccessful.

The app asks me to confirm.that it can share my data- says I have to confirm every 2 years. I confirm and it crashes. I have shut down my phone, removed the app and put it back, and I am at a loss.
PBS all creatures great and small keeps freezing
App on NVidia Shield android device. Will flawlessly play the sponsor ads but will not load shows. Just churns on final frame of Viking ad wasting my limited commodity of time.
Yesterday, the android PBS app started crashing when I start it (with the error message something like "the app has a bug and to update it after the developers have fixed it"). I uninstalled/reinstalled it and it worked once and then started crashing again on start with the same message. Today, I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling a few times and it still crashes with the same message.

Trying to watch episode 2 civil war and when I click on episode it won’t play
I've been having the same problems reported by William Chertack on June 25, 2022, over the same period of time he reports. A difference is that I am running Windows 10. Another difference is that, in addition to Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, I have also tried Firefox. We got a half-hour of good viewing early Saturday evening, around 6:30 - 7:00 PM EDT on Google Chrome. Sunday morning around 8:00 a.m. EDT, it seemed that switching to Firefox solved our problem, but by 8:30 a.m., that proved an illusion.
Starting on Thursday, June 23, 2022, I have variously experienced PBS videos freezing up when I tried live streaming them on my Dell desktop computer running Windows 11 and using both the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. This has happened at all times of the day and does not occur when I live stream videos on other Internet sites. This takes place despite the fact that I have an extremely fast Internet connection and my browsers are up to date. Prior to June 23, I never experienced this problem.
