Your web site needs work . I agree with one of the other reviews. It took me a half hour to get my password updated without losing my cart. I got shut down more times this week and almost give up on getting an order through. Another time like this and I will not even look at your website.

I have placed more than 200 orders through WTSO over the years and have generally been very pleased. There used to be a search function so I could look up the wine I was drinking (often months or years after my purchase) and get the tasting notes. Now that’s gone. Bring it back please.

In concept good idea. However, prices seem very similar to other online retailers. Had numerous issues with shipping. Wine was left on neighbors door step in 90 degree weather. Paid for second day service and wines came 5 days later (clearly not temperature controlled). On a positive note - customer service was nice and always arranged returns. Not worth the hassle.

I have been logged out so many times (my password is not easy to remember/guess) that now I take one whack at typing in my password and if I fail, I just don't buy wine. They have missed out on a sale of four bottles each of Barolo and Rioja. And counting.

While I'm still happy with this app - when I buy - this version of WTSO is costing them sales. From me, at least. I just turned notifications off for WTSO and won't turn them back on until it's fixed. No point in seeing wines I can't buy (conveniently).

I downloaded WTSO a few weeks ago but have yet to place a single order. I have yet to find a single wine that their price is actually the best. Plus I don't like having to purchase multiple bottles to get free shipping of a wine that I have never tried. Maybe if they implemented a weekly cart where once added you can't remove stuff from you're cart and they group it weekly for free shipping quantities it would have a convenience advantage over it's cheaper competitors.

Although the description promises the ability to track your cellar, the updated version lost this (to me at least) desirable feature. Seems they’re more interested in sales than customer experience.

While some might find WTSO useful I would really like to stop the notifications but each time I open WTSO it goes to their website and there are no menu options to delete or stop notifications.

Market prices quoted are inflated so savings is sometimes minimal. You’d think the class action suit would have taught them something. Try LastBottle, still have to do your homework but may be more honest. I was disappointed to learn Weekly Tasting is owned by this app , but check them out. Great product, packaging and approach.

Downloaded new release today . It is buggy and WTSO hangs at odd places. They appear to have taken away the zoom in feature that allows you to view the wine full screen when you tap on the picture. My favorite feature. Please replace that

First off I really like this app. I have told several people about the site and they have already ordered wine. But WTSO needs much improvement. Namely:

1) let me stay logged in! Keep me logged in does not work.

2) allow Touch ID sign in

3) let me zoom in on the bottle of wine!

4) fix the bugs within WTSO that make the menu disappear and make WTSO crash.

So far so good, bought some very good Amarone, have a Marema super Tuscan and an Aglianico on the way, let’s hope these are indeed quality discounts and not clearance crap, cuz they not the cheapest! But awesome ap

I installed WTSO when it was first released, I admit I had some of the issues other users notated. However after contacting support it seems they were able to correct all my issues, including having to continually login, without having to install a whole new app. Their support seems to have some way of correcting app issue in "real-time". If you have an issue I suggest contacting support.

We’ve purchased wine via this app for almost 5 years and still going. I set up a daily reminder because I like to see the specials.
I have not experienced any technical issues. I’ve asked a question via ye app and the response is quick, friendly, and useful. Shipping and packaging is amazing

I wish all online sales could work as smoothly and satisfyingly as this app. I'm never disappointed and have enjoyed receiving great wines I'd never have known about otherwise.

I use WTSO everyday even if it’s just perusing new wines. It keeps track of what and when I purchased wine. I can reorder wine previously purchased if available. Their selection of wine is top notch.

I updated about 3 weeks ago. I initially had an issue with staying logged in; however that seems to be working better now.

Very glad that the cellar feature is finally fixed from the previous versions.

So far so good. I have only had the new app for a little while now, however, I don't seem to be having any of the mentioned issues yet.

Best part so far is that the purchase stays inside of WTSO rather than redirecting me to safari. Seems that step was a bit unnecessary in the last version I had.

I am a wine connoisseur and often buy wines online and in liquor stores. This has the best price for really good wines. Love it!
