Hello! There are no control buttons on the smartphone screen, I can’t do anything.

I can't install the newest version of eve echoes it says it's not compatible with my device. The game worked fine until the 10/09/2024 update. My phone is a z65 pro has 25gb of space and runs android 13

Game looses video immediately after logging into any character. In hanger, can hear sounds, but cannot see anything, just a blank screen. Has worked on this device in tbe past, without issue.
