PostNord - Track your parcels Reviews

First off all it says is “on its way” like come on I could have told you that, it would be way better if I could directly track it like “Find my friends”. And I set it to notify me but I never got any notifications, I had to constantly check it. And when you set up PostNord it asks you to choose your region and the only options they have is like Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, ya that’s great for people that live in those places but it’s really confusing for people that live in EVERY OTHER PLACE IN THE WORLD! The only reason anyone should ever use PostNord is if it is the only way you can track a package, like in my situation I ordered grips for my oculus controllers from Mamut and this is the only way the offered package tracking. So just try to stay away.

I ordered quite a few jeans for gifts for Christmas on 24 November order said I’d get within a week after paying shipment that was suppose to be free within 7 days. Here I am at the end of December and the tracking isn’t even showing. I keep getting emails but it’s all advertisement. I am so dissatisfied I’m just ready to get my money back!!!! Won’t order again!!!!!! I knew it was to good to be true!!! I try downloading this but there is no U.S. option. So yeah I am so ready to request my money back. I should have just gone to an actual store! I finally send a message requesting info and I get that they’ve been shipped and that is all. I’m still waiting and not happy!

This is the best functioning app in the utility category I've used to date. The cherries on top are things like viewing packages in AR to get a sense of their size or having the box with your package highlighted when picking up from a box.

So now you can only see maybe 2~3 tracking items on the screen whereas you were able to see 8. Let us have our compact
View back! It’s harder to see what’s going on with unnecessary icons and info bubble clutter. You were able to see at a glance before what the state of all your consignments were. Otherwise It’s a well designed app. New changes though is just unnecessary with clutter.

I like the convenience of PostNord when it is working properly but the tracking function is always out of date - I mean all my outgoing parcels are long delivered by the time PostNord reflects that they were successfully handed off. Kind of challenging when keeping tabs on time-sensitive deliveries.

Why can i only choose my location for Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden? I don’t live in any of those countries. And why doesn’t it show current locations and updates of where my package is? All its said is, my package is “on it’s way” for over a month now with no tracking info.

PostNord is fantastic! Not only does it let you track your package, but it provides an easy way to call customer service day after day as your packages fail to arrive. Better yet, customer service’s advice is that “well, it will get their eventually.” It won’t.

PostNord is amazing ! Better then other apps like UPS or DHL! Wow. I now use this app for all my shipping in Sweden!

Then when I ask them for an ETA, they said I didn’t pick tracking. I didn’t pick anything—-there was 1 choice to ship to US. Then they told me to check with my post office to see if they had it—-which they couldn’t without a tracking number. Rude with poor customer service & incompetence.

terrible service finally by getting from sender my package had arrived checked post nord it said arrived 2 weeks prior when i finally got hold on someone he told me it is at a pakkeshop But he did not know where more calling oh at a pakkeshop not even in our postcode unbelieveable!!!

1. Why the heck PostNord keep pushing notifications a couple times per day when the parcel is already sitting in the pickup point?! Is it because the ICA guy kicked the package? Did it just move?
2. Why the heck a parcel already sit in the pickup point and show digital slip, then suddenly shows ‘on its way’ right after a SMS with pickup code! Second time now! I’m dead sure the parcel is in the pickup point and available for pickup, but still your app changed its status!

I have pkgs that show having left home country 3 weeks ago and no update of arriving DK (or anywhere else) or estimate on when will it arrive. Completely useless.

You have to select your country, but it only lets you pick from a list of 5 or 6...... it advertises it will tell you when the package will be delivered, but it says delivery unknown... so what the hell???!

Not impressed at all. Took forever to get it set up and all it says is on its way. That tells nothing, absolutely nothing. I still have no idea where it is or when or if I’m getting it.

Really, I assumed that! I want to know delivery date! Arrived in country a week ago. So when may I expect the package? I’m going on vacay so it’s a problem. Not much info on this site.

It doesn’t update tracking. It also doesn’t save tracking number for a parcel. You have to enter it every time you open app.

Packages show up as en route all though they have been delivered. Try to scan the paper slip left in the mailbox (I was home by the way!!), app says package doesn’t exist!

I ordered something but when i got it it was broken

The website I shopped at indicated I should download PostNord but appears to useless in the USA

App retired from Norway. New app only available on Norwegian app store.

I purchased the jeans and almost two weeks later I get a message that the package is on its way now I get the message to down load PostNord but I am in the USA where the commercial is airing so USA should be added to PostNord .

Very smooth graphics in PostNord . No glitches found yet.
Very convenient to track parcels dispatched with reference to verified email or phone number automatically.

For now , I would rate it 5 on 5!
Does what it states it does.
